Long Rich Indonesia reaffirmed its commitment to inclusive employment by participating in the Soft Launching of Temu Inklusi #6, organized by Sasana Inklusi dan Gerakan Advokasi Difabel Indonesia (SIGAB Indonesia). Carrying the theme "Commitment, Synergy, Action, and Innovation Based on Diversity for a Golden Indonesia 2025", the event was held at the PGRI Hall, Cirebon Regency.

As a company that has provided job opportunities for over 500 employees with disabilities, PT. Long Rich Indonesia views inclusion as a key foundation in building a healthy and sustainable work environment. The company also consistently adheres to the Minister of Manpower Regulation (Permenaker) regarding persons with disabilities and is committed to fulfilling the requirements set forth in Law No. 8 of 2016 on Persons with Disabilities, which mandates companies to employ at least 1% of persons with disabilities from the total number of employees.

Present at the event were Ecshan, representing the HR team of PT. Long Rich Indonesia, along with one representative from the company who is a person with a disability. The representative shared their experience of working in an inclusive environment, further emphasizing the company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.
